Yes! We offer a Laser Your Own option for customers who would like to bring in their own drinkware. Please visit the Laser Your Own section of our website for important details, practice guidelines, and eligibility requirements before placing your order.
Yes! Most drinkware can be personalized with names. We also offer custom designs and logos for businesses, teams, and special events. For logo orders, a high-quality file may be required prior to engraving.
Yes! We regularly create bulk orders for businesses, sports teams, coaches, and organizations. Please contact Carly directly at Carly@craftsbycarly.ca to discuss inventory availability, timelines, and bulk pricing – yes, there are discounts!
Our engraved drinkware is generally dishwasher safe; however we recommend hand washing to preserve the insulation.
Due to the custom nature of engraved items, all personalized and custom orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Yes. All designs are laser-engraved directly into the drinkware, meaning they will not ever peel, chip, fade, or wash off.
Our standard turnaround time is up to three weeks. While many orders are completed sooner, we always quote three weeks to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency – especially during busy seasons.
Yes! We currently offer two rush options that can be selected at checkout:
Option 1: RUSH ($25) – order ready for pick up or shipped within 7 days.
Option 2: EXPRESS RUSH ($45) – order ready for pick up or shipped within 3 days.
Please note that rush timelines begin once your order details and designs are fully confirmed.
